Strategic Alliance Opportunities

If you are looking to develop a strategic alliance in life-changing technologies, with tremendous upside potential in the volatile medical marketplace, two of our spinoff companies are now seeking partners:

• HemoCleanse Technologies, LLC now houses our original liver dialysis technology, in a billion+ dollar market. However liver cleansing is just one application of our technologies. We foresee applications in sepsis, autoimmune and many other diseases. HemoCleanse Technologies, LLC is currently seeking a strategic alliance to take it's FDA-approved liver dialysis product beyond proof of concept in its new compact (and cost efficient) format, to market clearance. HemoCleanse Technologies will also begin courting relationships with established dialysis leaders to expand their offerings into the liver dialysis market, as the story of our new dialysis add-on package unfolds.

• Ash Access Technology, Inc. is addressing all aspects of vascular access complications, including catheter improvements unannounced to the public to-date, antimicrobial catheter lock solutions, and catheter treatment processes. Ash Access is currently seeking strategic alliances to take additional breakthrough products through the R&D pipeline and to market.

In addition, we are seeking strategic partnerships and/or licencees specifically regarding our Oral Sorbent product line. We will be providing more information regarding that opportunity and breakthrough technology shortly.
